Our Vegetable Garden

Anyone who has been a guest of ours will have noticed our farmer, Modesto. Every morning he quietly checks up on his little vegetable garden. With each new sprout, every day Modesto's little vegetable garden brings him new pride and joy. Before watering, he carefully selects the most beautiful vegetables, placing them in his basket, and carrying them to the kitchen where our chef transforms them into delicious traditional Apulian dishes. Then Modesto passes through the courtyard, collecting oranges for our freshly squeezed juice, fresh figs and pomogranates. It may seem strange, but Modesto is doing exactly what he's always dreamed of doing, cultivating the land for the simple joy of hearing you say "Never in my life have I tasted anything so fresh, and so authentic".
