The Restaurant

At breakfast, our Continental Buffet provides a vast selection of cereals, biscuits, sweets and pastries prepared by our inhouse pastry chef, accompanied by a choice of either hot or cold beverages. We also offer a choice of fresh fruit, eggs, cold meats and cheeses to satisfy everybody's tastes. Upon request, breakfast can also be served directly to your room, allowing you to enjoy your meal from either your balcony or patio.

Weather permitting, at lunch our restaurant moves to the poolside, offering a light lunch outdoors.

At dinner, genuine regional cuisine is served either in our restaurant, in our reception hall, or on our panoramic balcony. We offer traditional Apulian recipes accompanied by a broad selection of wines. The mediterranean flavours and scents will seduce even the most exigent palates.

Much of the produce used by our Chef is grown inhouse in our own grounds, without any processing. We prefer locally produced ingredients of the highest quality, produced at "0 km", such as our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and dairy products, in order to assist regional economic development and of course for environmental protection purposes.
